If you watched my video about assessing each month to track your progress, below is the free worksheet to download. Once open, you can right click and hit download, or if on safari hover over the bottom of the page and click the download icon. If on your phone, tap the button below and the file should begin to download.
How it works:
It's pretty simple, at the end of each month print out this worksheet and begin to fill it out. Be honest with yourself, if you slacked in one area be straight up and write it down. If you're not honest, then you're just existing in a bubble of self deception. NO BUENO!
The Focus Wheel:
This is my favorite part of the worksheet. It creates a visual representation of where our focus and accomplishments were within that particular month. This is where honesty with yourself really comes into play. The wheel is broken into 8 categories that each encompass an aspect of life. The goal is to be at a point where this wheel is balanced in a healthy way. BEWARE! Each month will vary, so DO NOT STRESS, if a month is higher in one category more than others, that is ok. Our goals for a particular month may cause that to happen, So just be chill, aware, and have fun in the process.
Each category goes from 1-10. One being hardly focused or action taken, and ten being the max. So take out that favorite marker from your childhood, a pen, or use the dust on your fingers from eating way too many flaming hot Cheetos, and fill in those categories.

organize:
After you fill out the worksheet don't just toss it to the wayside. Keep it near and use it as a reference for the next month. See where you might need improvement and take actionable steps.
One way as mentioned in the video to stay organized is to group a cluster of months into quarters. Similar to how a business tracks its quarterly earnings, we should too with our goals and self improvement.
The 4 quarters within a year breaks down as such:
Q1: January, February, March
Q2: April, May, June
Q3: July, August, September
Q4: October, November, December
By organizing your monthly worksheets into quarters you can more easily view your progress throughout the year without having to sift through a pile of unorganized papers.
There you have it, a physical way to keep track of your months of the year to track progress in all aspects of life. Remember to not stress and enjoy the journey.
